Hi,
I had a problem with a wine delivery. My package arrived damaged with a bottle missing. There were fragments of glass stuck to some of the other bottles and I cut my finger on it. The courier needed to take a photo of the delivered box so he turned it so that no damage was visible before he took the photo. I reported this to O'Briens Wines. They told me to report it to the courier which I did. All I received for my trouble was a bottle of wine to replace the one that broke. I thought the valuable feedback would be worth more then that.
