Very unhappy customer
Order delivered to wrong house
I got a message saying order delivered and signed for
No order
I ring the delivery company
They can see it was delivered to wrong house
They said if I don't get order by next day ring up and tell obriens and they'll send me a new one
I am the customer
I paid for the order
I paid for the delivery
I expect to have the order at my house I should not have to ring and ring and ring to find out where my order is and what are next steps
I was very lucky that the person that incorrectly got my order reached out to me
Still I had to resolve myself and go and pick up the order for their house after me, the customer paying for the order and delivery
Delivery companies should be held accountable and it should have been them that resolved this not me, the paying customer
