I thought the chateau bentejac 2022 was very acidic . The Haut Pingat & Billeron Bouqury were very nice. Good Sunday roast lunch wines .
The bentejac didn’t even make it into the sauce and I’m a chef by trade. Down the sink . A tragic vision to witness.
