I have to say O'Briens, well done on many fronts (a) very fast delivery service (next day) which is greatly appreciated; (b) often good sales on wines that we'd actually want to drink/like (not just the dregs of the bin/batch) which is great and why we keep returning and (c) the staff on the ground in your shops are very well trained and very charming (even offering to help bring bottles out to the car etc).
