Got an email from DPD to say my original order (a birthday gift) had been damaged and returned to O’Brien’s.
However, O’Brien’s never contacted me and I had to make numerous phone calls to have my new order re instated, thus missing my brother’s birthday.
DPD 10 out of 10.. sadly O’Brien’s..?
