I bought wine in Templeogue on 5th November. The service in the shop is terrific. The loyalty points were reflected on the till receipt but NOT online because of sync problems, this delayed my ordering a case on the 5th. It took 5 days to resolve this issue which resulted in a delay in my ordering a case of wine online and a further delay in my receiving loyalty points there too. 8 days later there was no sign of the wine. I rang O'Brien's and spoke with Sinéad she was ver apologetic and professional and arranged the delivery for me on the following day. I have shopped in O'Briens for more than 15 years and I always recommend O'Briens to my family and friends and they are never disappointed.Keep up the good work
