As a long term customer of O'Briens in Galway and happy with same I was disppointed that the failure to delvier my gift to Ronan O'Regan 28 Villiers Road was not alerted to us and I do not think it would have occurred if I had not asked Ronan directly several days later. This rather defeated the purpose of a gift. I know everyone is busy but we are disappointed
