Hi, I placed order on line WO 402653. Entered all delivery address including Eircode and mobile in order details. Got confirmation email and noticed that delivery details were a previous address registered against my loyalty card. No Eircode or mobile. Contacted your customer care and agent finally agreed to contact DPD. Got delivery email from DPD still with incorrect address details. Contacted DPD directly and gave them correct details. Got no call from DPD and order delivered to my neighbour who contacted me. Overall very poor experience..
