The process of purchasing online was easy and efficient. Delivery was on schedule. However one wine I ordered was incorrect and I received an inferior wine in its place. I complained and my complaint was dealt with quickly and efficiently and to my satisfaction. I should also say that the monetary difference between the wines was small.
