I buy on-line and only from "one-off" sales and promotions. Service and value are generally very good. My only complaint is that it is never quite clear from the website alone what vintage of the wine is on offer. Vintages might be less variable than formerly but they still matter and it is a pity that the purchase can't always be closed out based on reliable data on the website alone.
