I have already been in contact. Communications were practically non existent. Basic info that DFD or someone had received my shipment. No explanation as to who this was. Guessed and went on their website with the Tracer number.....no such shipment. Called your Head Office plus numerous of your shops. No response. Got a mail stating ' would be delivered between 1400 and 1500 ( received this mail after 1400 on the day !! )
