Am usually happy with the wines I order. Your recommendations are not always to my taste, but that is a personal thing. Overall very satisfied with the service- the only thing I find difficult is applying my saved points to an order, when using your website . It is not straightforward and I usually just give up and leave them there. Maybe that could be made simplier.
