Regarding the above order I had to try 5 times before my credit card details were accepted? Contacted Bank of Ireland where they said that there was no problem at their side. Tried calling your head office but there is a recorded message asking for email contact only? Branch office in Cork is unaware that no one is manning the phone at head office?
Otherwise the delivery was prompt.
