The shipping takes ridiculously too long to get the product. I just got my order 4 days ago and haven't even been given a chance to see how the products work for me. What I can tell you is that I do feel like I have more energy today and feel better all around. The pills are pretty big but had no problem swallowing them. I know the shake powders were way to strong, sweet flavor for me and they wouldn't take them back.
