Very happy with it. I don’t know if I lost weight only been a week but I feel more focused. Not had my usual joint pain. Less hair in my hair brush so that’s a win!
Only side effect I had was at first mild heartburn but went away after drinking water. Also has kept me regular which my intestines needed. So definitely looking forward to continuing use.
