When I first started taking collagenic burn I had energy, now not so much, also these capsules get stuck in my throat ! I can feel right where they are stuck and I burp up what ever is inside of those capsules, I have to down like 2 glasses of water and eat a few crackers or something to get them down my throat. I would not buy these again.
