Based on this experience only I'm giving a neural rating because.... I actually ordered more than I recieved. I was never notified that the product was not in stock and that it would not be shipped with my order. I had to reach out to them about it. And then I was given a credit for it after multiple emails but only for the product and not the shipping and tax I already paid on the product. I was super disappointed about it. But otherwise I love these products. There just need to be better communication once you've placed an order
