Always found Ocado excellent with friendly drivers and on time.
More recently, though , have received fresh produce not at it's best due to poor packing.
For example fresh herbs , nicely boxed for protection, packed upside down so crushed in box. Apples often bruised and occasional items squashed and leaked onto other items.
