While the range of products available and the courteousness of your delivery drivers is very good you're packing department is not. Often things are packed inappropriately with heavy items being put on top of bread and eggs and things that should not be in contact with each e.g. Cleaning products and food packed in the same bag.
In my view your packing department needs a complete re-think in order to make Ocado deliveries better and more attractive to customers.
