We are house-bound and thus depend on Ocado. Range of products is good: most deliveries are on time, but when not this makes severe difficulties for us and drivers rarely warn about delays. The main problem is the 'bagging' - often incompatible items are put in the same bag ie breakables with heavy/lumpy objects causing breakage/ leaks etc involving us in difficult clean-ups and claiming refunds for items we needed immediately.
