The delivery people are excellent ambassadors for Ocado, every one being polite, friendly and extremely helpful. At 85 years of age we really appreciate this. I do have some issues with items that are not available but no replacement can be found, for example eggs, bread and cabbage. I did get a £5 voucher for the missing eggs which was nice. I don't like the next week's order being based on previous orders as it worries me that I might get two deliveries. Apart from these small whinges I am extremely happy with Ocado.
