I find Ocado convenient and efficient. There are rarely substitutions. My only disappointment was when I ordered two steaks for Sunday dinner and found on Saturday that they were sold out.. That was about a year ago.
I haven't had a single rude or unhelpful delivery person. Only once has a delivery been late without a text or telephone warning. That's a pretty good record
