I have been an Ocado customer for more than two years and in the main I've been very happy. I have occasionally considered taking up a new customer offer with another supermarket, but the 1 hour delivery slots, very rare substitutions, polite and cheery drivers, excellent range of products and good quality have all kept me using Ocado weekly. I have a regular 9am weekday slot and I'm fortunate to invariably be first in the hour. My only complaints have been around Christmas when I presume there are temporary staff in the warehouse and customer service and pressure on stock levels. That said, I would definitely recommend Ocado.
