My order is quite easy to input, it`s a bit difficult to order smartpass items, the smartpass tab comes across the order part, otherwise ok.
It`s good to know whether we have any substitutions and if the delivery would be late or otherwise.
It`s good to have samples of food to try, but you have yet to ask how the product were which you have sent.
Very occasionally we have items which need to be replaced and there`s no problem with getting money back, thank you.
Your delivery people are very helpful and polite.
