We moved from Richmond upon Thames in London back to our home city of Liverpool and the only downside was a lack of a Waitrose ( although the significant upside was a great food culture with on - site coffee roasters, sourdough bakeries and chocolatiers all around the neighbourhood. Still we want an easy one-stop-shop from time to time and Ocado provides this. The drivers are especially courteous and helpful. They rarely need to substitute for items and everything is fresh. Very reliable and makes life so much easier!
