Generally very satisfied with quality of food and delivery, although sometimes packing shows lack of thought (eggs upside down with tins on top). However, refund procedure is fair and customer service friendly and efficient. On a little down note: it was such a lovely touch to remember each joining anniversary with a £10 voucher- leaving us free to make a choice (in our case Niederegger dark choc marzipan bars!) this year the gift is money off Prosecco, which we both don't drink.
