My only complaint is packing ! Crushed stuff , broken biscuits etc. most recently squashed pizzas. The driver noticed it as the bag was handed over and he wanted to take them back and give me a refund but I said it was ok. He was charming. Your drivers are your best asset . Always polite and professional .
