Always within the 1 hour slot and if not (which isn't often, they telephone). Always polite and friendly delivery people. Hardly any substitutes and if you are not happy with anything there is never any quibble they take it off your bill. Shopped with Ocado now for 8 years and are the best delivery service for shopping I have ever had.
