Have used Ocado for more than five years, moving to try them after disastrous service from a number of large supermarkets and have never moved away. Really like the reminders on the day before my order is due, which when you are working full time comes in really handy and has prevented many a disaster! The quality of the food is excellent and knowing the days guarenteed is really useful for the weeks shopping.
