Have used Ocado for many years and have found the service offered to be consistently good over time. Deliveries are punctual and drivers friendly and helpful. System for replacing or returning items is efficient and easy- help desk is easy to access and use. After trying several other grocery delivery retailers Ocado is the only one that I would recommend to friends or family.
