My shopping from Ocado arrives every Saturday morning in a pre-booked slot. The quality of the products is excellent - both the Waitrose products and Ocado's own brands. Delivery is almost always prompt, and if it is running late (rarely) I get a call to let me know. It is very unusual to have missing items or substitutions (which used to really annoy me from the other online supermarkets). I would not go back to a weekly supermarket shop - Ocado has helped me to reclaim the time that I used to waste with a trolley.
