I have been an Ocado customer for many years and on the whole the service is good. However, the packing remains a it hit and miss and when iti's bad it's a total nightmare. Last week my bread was crushed beyond use underneath some bottled water and 2 bottles of toilet cleaner in the same bag. Yuck. Often drivers don't want to bring the shopping in and you have to pointedly ask them to. However. 99% of the time they arrive within then our slot and it is rare to get a substitution.
