Ocado are the most reliable online food shopping retailer I've ever used. There are rarely substitutions or out of Stoke items. If there are substitutions they make sense. Deliveries are almost always on time. I have always been contacted if there are any delays. In fact I'm more likely to receive a call asking if they can deliver early than apologise for a delay. The choice and quality of the food is excellent.
