Generally very good products and services. On the times deliveries were late, customer services were always very helpful. What makes Ocado stand out is the Customer Service team - always putting customers first. What would make Ocado even better is loyalty points for frequent customers to feel we are rewarded for shopping at ocado instead of elsewhere.
