Overall service has been very good, love the bags being labelled for unpacking ease, drivers always courteous, the App is fab! Had an unfortunate experience with one delivery and was given a bottle of wine which was lovely but sadly it turned out to be a very cheap bottle of red that I could only use for cooking purposes which was disappointing.
