I've found my experience using Ocado home delivery is always pleasant, they're not frequently out of things I ordered, and I'm convinced their delivery team has some of the nicest staff. Once or twice I had a broken egg in the container, but the driver quickly remedied the problem for me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ocado home delivery.
