I cannot praise you enough - I have been using Ocado now for about 5 years and the quality of your service is fantastic. The drivers are always helpful and polite and you always keep me informed of the progress of my orders. The only suggestion I have is why not go paperless on orders - I do no need a paper copy and it may save some money.
