Generally good.
The negatives are the quality of the vegetables. They are often off, squashed. Or go off way before the date.
Ocado are very good at giving a refund.
Drivers are often late and a few times by over an hour. It's not their fault. I believe better scheduling could help.
The limit on how much water I can buy is crazy. Not enough for a family of four - not happy with this.
