Ocado not only has a great selection of products, their customer service is unparalleled. Their own range offers good value for money with excellent quality but unattractive packaging (presumably because they do not need to attract customer's attention on a supermarket shelf). The delivery service is fantastic and the drivers invariably polite and helpful. The only gripe I might have is the length of wait when calling customer service, but once through to an advisor they are always helpful and polite.
