Excellent range, flexible delivery arrangements, good communications, pleasant drivers: the app/website are easy to use and the whole process makes cumbersome family supermarket shopping a thing of the past. I think the offers represent great value (as well as the price-matching commitment). No-quibble refunds on cracked eggs or spilled milk are welcome, if rarely needed, and I think it is great that Ocado recycles not only its own bags but any other plastic bags we want to dispose of. I would not contemplate switching to another delivery service.
