I am very dissappointed how diffuclt to get a refund after 24 hours. One does not open a whole order in the first day. This is particularly difficult over wine. To phone can take for to long as you are told you are 7th in the queque etc. I suggest when you book an order there should be a place on the web sight to specify is there anything you wish to return from recent orders. I am sure as with returns on current orders this would not be abused
