Easy to use website, great selection of products (including small and specialist brands) and reliable delivery service (with friendly/nice delivery drivers). I am time poor and use Ocado a lot, 99% of the time everything works well, on the occasions when it doesn't Ocado are very good at putting it right...without a fuss.
