I've used Ocado for many years having used other supermarket on line shopping. I have found Ocado extremely efficient in all aspects and when things haven't quite gone to plan, their customer service is second to none. The delivery slots are with in an hour and I have a regular slot booked in advance with a fantastic facility that creates a shop that I can edit in advance saving SO much time. I would highly recommend Ocado.
