Overall Ocado is very good. Very few substitutions and on time. However the packing is not always great. Yesterday I had a broken can on beer, the cost of which was refunded by the driver. But I had a bag of dripping beer all across the kitchen. Then on continuing to unpack I found a split bag of flour. Hardly worth a phone call for recompense but extremely messy and most annoying.
