unlike others I have used, Ocado does what it says on the tin. They deliver on time, they rarely need to make substitutions, but if they do they tell me in advance. The delivery drivers are exceptionally polite and helpful.
The range of goods and food on offer has grown considerably, but it's still easy to find what you want.
