I consider that in today's world you should have a loyalty programme which is meaningful. To receive a voucher for eg 70p is a paltry gesture. I been received one for 20p which I considered an insult.
I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years but now am more inclined to go to ALDI to save money at douce and still have quality.
Especially on basic household items, wine, vodka .
