I became an Ocado customer right from the beginning. Soon to purchase the Smart Pass. I have nothing but praise for the friendly and efficient service they give. Orders are regularly fulfilled and substitution very rare.
The Smart Pass is amazingly good value, orders as frequently as required and a low minimum of £40. spend. Christmas Orders have always been completely fulfilled. If there is a hold with traffic problems Ocado are quick to notify you - even if the delay is minimal. Never had a problem with any Ocado staff. Best move I ever made.
