I think Ocado is very good: I started using it in the 90's when Ocado first came online because of mobility problems, and now I'm in my late sixties, I couldn't live without it. The website is brilliant and the products are of good quality.
The delivery slots are very strictly adhered to except in exceptional circumstances.
The delivery men are friendly and helpful.
No gripes at all!
