Over the last 2 years I have never known them be late, occasionally early & they always call to see if it is convenient to drop it off earlier than scheduled. Their no quibble money back approach to the very few items that have arrived damaged is great. When I have needed to go out when I had a scheduled delivery to take my daughter to the doctors they managed to come up with another solution to get my shopping to me that day.
