Excellent service on the whole and first class delivery people.
However, I am mystified why some quite basic items are "out of stock" frequently - examples would include Waitrose anchovies, Waitrose 1 litre extra virgin olive oil and Waitrose fruits de mer; I would be amazed if they were not available on Waitrose shelves.
